SMITH, Douglas Walter Passed away peacefully at home with his family on Sunday 6th May 2018. Douglas was a devoted husband to Corale and adored Father and Grandfather. Funeral service to take place in the Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Whielden Lane, Amersham, Bucks, HP7 0ND on Friday 18th May at 11am. Family flowers only.
