CLACK Raymond (Ray) Passed away peacefully 4th February 2018 aged 80 years. A much loved Husband, Father and Grandfather who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral to take place Wednesday 21st February, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham at 10.45am. Immediate family and close friends only please. Family flowers only please.
