BLACKETT Vincent Ethelbert Known as 'Ted' Formerly of Barbados, passed away peacefully on the 2nd January aged 80 years. He will be missed, but not forgotten, by all of his family and friends, especially his brothers Harry and Patrick and his sister Phyllis.
