ANDREWS Albert (Harry) Former Liberal Democrat councillor for Three Rivers, passed away peacefully at Watford General Hospital, on the 8th of January 2018, aged 91. Beloved Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Funeral Services will be performed on the 26/01/18, 10am, St Michaels and All Angels' church, Watford. The committal will be for immediate family only. The wake to follow church service at Clitheroe Club, Clitheroe Gardens, South Oxhey. Family flowers only, donations to Peace Hospice or Cancer Research.
