BALLINGER Rosemary Died peacefully on 20th December 2017 aged 74 years. Sadly missed by her family and friends. The funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium on Monday 15th January at 1.20pm. Family flowers only but donations if desired to: Diabetes UK or R.N.I.D c/o M.K.
