CHAVENTRE Phyllis Sadly passed away on Tuesday 21st November 2017 aged 86. A loving Mother and Grandmother who will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Reunited with her husband David. Funeral service to take place at West Herts Crematorium on Tuesday 5th December at 11am. Family flowers only or donations if desired to The Peace Hospice c/o M.K.
