HIGGINS Stephen John Passed away on Sunday 3rd September 2017 aged 72 years. He was much loved and will be greatly missed by his partner Bella and all of his family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 21st September 2017 at West Herts Crematorium at 11.40am. All welcome. Donations in Stephen's memory to Cancer Research UK c/o M.K.
