BAULCH Richard Sadly passed away in hospital on the 11th July 2017. Dearly loved son and brother, Richard will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Service will be held 25th July 2017, 2pm at West Herts Crematorium. 6 High Elms Lane, Watford WD25 0JS.
