SKINNER Lavinia Josephine Passed away peacefully on the 4th July 2017 aged 83. Dearly loved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Service to be held on Tuesday 25th July 2017 11.40am West Herts Crematorium South Chapel.
