POWER Pat Peacefully passed away after a long illness on 3rd July 2017, aged 79 years. Much loved Wife, Mum, Grandma and Mother-in-law who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service will be held at West Berkshire Crematorium, Thatcham on Tuesday 25th July at 12 noon. Family flowers only please.
