HISCOCK Graham 'The Colonel' Passed away on 4th May 2017, at Watford General Hospital, aged 71 years. Graham will be sadly missed by his children, grandchildren and partner Kath. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 23rd May 2017 at West Herts Crematorium, High Elms Lane, Watford WD25 0JS. Service is in the North Chapel at 3.20pm.
