SWEETING Patricia (n e Brown) known as Pat Passed away 1st March 2017 at home with her family. A much-loved wife, mum, sister & nanny, she is now at peace. Her funeral will be held at West Herts Crematorium 23rd March 1.20pm. All welcome, at the family request please make any donations to the Peace Hospice in lieu of flowers c/o M.K.
