DOWNEY William 'Willie' Passed away on Monday 27th February 2017 aged 73 years. He was much loved and will be sadly missed by his wife Mary, daughter Sinead and all of his family and friends. The funeral service will take place at St Helen's Church, Watford on Monday 13th March 2017 at 10.00am followed by committal at North Watford Cemetery at 11.30am. All welcome.
