TURNER Elsie Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 25th January 2017 aged 93 years.Reunited with her loving husband Peter, mum of Charles, she will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. The funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium on Thursday 16th February 2017 at 2.40pm.
