LEES Victor Kelvin known as 'Kelvin’ Aged 65 years, passed away peacefully at St Pauls Care Home, Hemel Hempstead December 22nd 2016. Uncle to Jason & Charles. Funeral took place at West Herts Crematorium, Garston on 5th January 2017. Donations to a charity of your choosing. Thanks to the Black Boy Pub for their help and assistance at such short notice. The family acknowledge with thanks all those who attended.
