AHERN Patrick Joseph Passed away peacefully on Sunday 1st January 2017 aged 87 years. Reunited with his loving wife Frances, father to Alan, Ralph and Brian, grandfather and great grandfather, he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium on Friday 13th January 2017 at 4pm. Family flowers only by request. Donations if desired may be made to G.O.S.H c/o M.K.
