WELLS Joan Sadly passed away at home on Monday 12th December 2016 aged 90 A loving mother to Jacquie, grandmother to Gemma and a devoted great grandmother to Grace and Henry. Reunited with her devoted Husband David. Funeral Service will be held at West Herts Crematorium on Thursday 22nd December 2016 at 2.40.
