COOK Pamela Margaret Passed away peacefully at home on 25th October 2016, aged 81 years after a short illness. Loving Wife, Mum, Sister, Aunt and Grandmother who will be sadly missed. Funeral Service will take place at the Oak Chapel, Crownhill Crematorium, Milton Keynes on Wednesday 9th November at 3.30 pm. Family flowers only.
