CARTER Helen Jayne (née Mitchell) 15/11/69-17/10/16 It is with sadness that we announce that Helen passed away at Watford General Hospital on the 17th October 2016. Helen was the much loved daughter of Rita and the late Peter Mitchell, mum to Ella, sister to Claire and James, sister-in-law to Paul and Lee and auntie to Samuel. Funeral service to take place at West Herts Crematorium on Friday 4th November 2016 at 1.20pm. All flowers welcome. Donations, if desired can be made in Helen's memory to the British Liver Trust or West Herts Hospitals' trust to be used for the benefit of the nurses of the palliative team. All enquiries to M.K.
