CARTER Rosemarie It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Rosemarie Carter, aged 66. Rosemarie passed away peacefully at Hillingdon Hospital on 15th October 2016, with her family by her side. A wonderful mother to Gregory and Louisa, grandmother to Thomas, and partner to Philip, she will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends, who she loved dearly. A funeral service will take place at Breakspear Crematorium on Wednesday 26th October 2016 at 12.15pm.
