CHAVENTRE David Sadly passed away at Watford General Hospital on Monday 26th September 2016 aged 86. A loving husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place at West Herts Crematorium on Monday 24th October 2016 at 1pm Family flowers only, but donation if desired to The Peace Hospice c/o M.K.
