DAY Sara Elizabeth (Pat) Passed peacefully on the 28th August 2016 aged 92 years. Dearly loved Wife of the late Frederick Day, Mum, Nan and Great Nan, who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service to take place at Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham on Wednesday 7th September at 1.00pm.
