BERRY Helen Mavis Died on Wednesday 24th August 2016 in High Wycombe General Hospital after a short illness. The cremation will take place on Thursday 15th September 2016 at the Chilterns Crematorium (Amersham), Hampden Chapel at 12.30pm.
