SIMCOX David Graham 'Dave' Sadly passed away at Harefield Hospital on 26th June 2016 – aged 43 years. David will be very sadly missed by his loving partner Jo, his daughter Georgia, his son Jack, his mum and dad Lorna & Dave, his brother Craig, family and friends. The funeral will be held on Wednesday 13th July 2016 at West Herts Crematorium at 2.00pm. All flowers welcome or if desired donations can be made to The British Heart Foundation.
