WEST, David Henry (Dave) Passed away on Friday 10th June 2016 aged 70 years. Dearly loved by his partner, daughters, grandchildren and brother. He will be so sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 28th June at West Herts Crematorium at 2pm. Flowers or donations for B.O.C Gas c/o M.K.
