CLARK Shirley Anita Passed away peacefully at Watford General Hospital on Sunday 8th May 2016 aged 82. A loving Mum and proud Nanny, who will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will be held at West Herts Crematorium on Friday 27th May 2016 at 11.40. Family flowers only, or donations if desired to The Alzheimers Society c/o M.K.
