COLLINS Peter Hugh Passed away peacefully on Sunday 24th April 2016 in Chorleywood, aged 75 years. A loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, he will be sadly missed by family and friends. A private funeral service will be followed by a public service of thanksgiving at St. Andrew's Church, Chorleywood on Wednesday 11th May 2016 at 12.30pm. The family invite you to join them at the Church and stay after the memorial for refreshments and shared memories.
