LEWIS David Ivor 'DAVE' Passed away at Watford General Hospital on 7th March 2016 aged 75 years. He was a wonderful father to Heather and Alex and grandfather to Ben, Ryan and Kieran as well as a friend to many. He will be sadly missed by all whose lives he touched. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 24th March at West Herts Crematorium, WD25 0JS at 3.20pm. Family flowers only please. However, if you would like to make a donation in his honour these should be made payable to West Herts NHS Trust, Acute Stroke Ward c/o Co-operative Funeralcare.
