PERRY, Kathleen Passed away peacefully at Watford General Hospital on 3rd March 2016, aged 82 years. Kathleen will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Breakspear Crematorium, Ruislip on Tuesday 15th March 2016 at 15:15. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to The Peace Hospice.
