HIGGINS, Johanna 'Joan' Died suddenly and unexpectedly at home on 21st February 2016 aged 73 years. Beloved wife of the late Ted Higgins B.E.M. Wonderful mother to Edward and Ellenann, adored grandmother to Shannen, Alexandra, Stuart and Samantha and much loved mother-in- law to Karen. The funeral service is to be held on Thursday 10th March 2016 at 11am at St Saviours Roman Catholic Church, Abbots Langley followed by interment at North Watford Cemetery.
