LOWE, Andy Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday 17th February 2016, aged 54 years. He was much loved and will be greatly missed by his mum, sisters, children and all of his family and friends. He will be sadly missed for his kind nature, laid back approach to life and his dry sense of humour. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 3rd March 2016 at West Herts Crematorium at 11.40am. Family flowers only but donations if desired to W.H.H.T (ICU - Watford General) c/o M. K.
