WHEELER, Philip Leslie Passed away peacefully on Monday 25th January 2016 aged 62 years. Loving husband of Mary, dad of Louise, Claire and Jonathan, he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium on Tuesday 9th February 2016 at 3.20pm.
