CARTER, Charmaine Marie Sadly passed away on 16th December 2015 aged 33 years. Charmaine will be so sadly missed by her Mum Jane, brother Robert, sister Sharon and by all who knew her. Funeral service will take place on Monday 18th January 2016 at 1.30pm at St Mary's Church, Watford, followed by a private cremation at West Herts Crematorium.
