CHANDLER, Louise Passed away suddenly and peacefully on Thursday 17th December 2015 aged 36. A loving daughter to Janet, sister to Neil, sister in law to Tara and auntie to Jaiden, Paiten and Caitlen. She will be so greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will be held at West Herts Crematorium on Tuesday 5th January 2016 at 1.20pm. Family flowers only or donations if desired to Westbrook House Care Home.
