HICKS, Francisco (Frank) Passed away peacefully with his family around him on Friday 27th November 2015 aged 57 years. Loving Husband of Debra, Step Dad, Grandad, Son and Brother. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place at West Herts Crematorium on Friday 11th December at 2.40pm. Immediate family flowers only by request.
