MACKENZIE, Anne Joan Passed away in hospital on the morning of Tuesday 3rd November 2015, aged 83 years. Anne, loving partner of Harry, aunt of Susan, Andrew, Gloria and Jeff. A good friend to many, she will be sadly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to thank all the staff at Mount Vernon Hospital and Watford General Hospital who cared for Anne during her illness. The funeral service will be held at St. Andrews Church, Chorleywood, on Monday 16th November at 1.30pm. Flowers or donations made payable to Macmillan Cancer Support and sent c/o James Peddle Ltd.
