SMITH, ANN Passed away peacefully at home on 26th October 2015 aged 77 years. A caring wife, wonderful mum, loving nanny and great nanny. She will be very sadly missed by all who knew her. The funeral service will take place on Monday 9th November 2015 at West Herts Crematorium, 11.20am in the North Chapel. Family flowers only please.
