The clocks are about to change and 2024 is beginning to come to a close, but there are still plenty of great events coming up at the Watford Palace Theatre before the year is out.

From an A-list comedian to a traditional Christmas pantomime, here's what you can look forward to between now and December.

Rob Beckett

The biggest name gracing the theatre this winter is Rob Beckett, who brings his Giraffe tour to town on November 20.

Beckett, known for his panel show appearances, podcast Parenting Hell, and Rob and Romesh Vs, will be touring the show internationally for 16 months and visiting everywhere “from Bromley to Brisbane”.

Tickets have now sold out but some remain available via third party websites.

Aladdin

It wouldn't be Christmas without a good old fashioned pantomime.

This year the theatre has gone for Aladdin, which will be running from November 30 to December 31.

The cast includes Terence Frisch, Louis Gaudencio and Gigi Zahir.

Tickets for all dates are currently on sale.

Fight Night

Billed as a cross between Mafia and The Traitors, this interactive show is making its UK debut in Watford this week.

Audience members will have their own voting devices and choose which one five contenders survives the night.

The show runs from October 24-26, with tickets available from the Palace Theatre website.

Shock Horror: A Ghost Story

Inspired by classic theatre, Shock Horror promises a "chilling journey into a haunted past", set in an eerie old cinema.

Running from October 30 to November 2, tickets are still available for a perfect Halloween night out.

Queenz: Drag me to the disco

For something completely different, November 8 sees a drag extravaganza take over the theatre.

The 'Dancing Queenz' promise the experience of a lifetime as they come to Watford fresh from a successful West End theatre run.

Tickets remain available from the Palace Theatre website.
