Thousands of beer lovers flocked to Watford Oktoberfest at the weekend for the first event of its kind in the town.
Taking place at Cassiobury Park from October 4-5, the event brought a taste of German culture to Hertfordshire, with around 4,000 people attending.
The festivities included live Oompah bands, games, karaoke, a DJ as well as traditional German beer and food.

A whopping 10,000 litres of beer was sold across the two days, with the people of Watford really getting into the spirit of the annual festival, famously held in Munich every October.
More than six million people typically descend on Munich for the event each year.
Organisers Barbican Events estimate that around 70 per cent of attendants went the extra mile, donning lederhosen and traditional German dresses.
The festival had previously taken place in St Albans, with 2024 marking the first official Oktoberfest event in Watford.
Another Oktoberfest will take place in Hertford on October 27-28.
