Three Watford eateries have been told they have ‘very good’ food hygiene as a new set of ratings was released.
Inspectors from Watford Borough Council have graded them on hygienic food handling, cleanliness of their facilities and management of food safety.
- Fratelli restaurant and Subway rated 5/5 for food hygiene
- Mr Sushi takeaway in Watford gets 0/5 food hygiene rating
They gave Jamaica Blue, a café inside atria Watford, a 5/5 rating after being inspected on October 1.
Also receiving 5/5 was The Beech House, a restaurant and bar located at 49 - 51 High Street after a visit on September 20.
Finally, M Bar And Kitchen at Heron Place, Colnebank Drive received the top grade when it was inspected on September 18.
The ratings come after a popular Watford pub also received the seal of approval from inspectors, with The Royal Oak in Watford Heath getting a 5/5 rating last month.
Conversely, Spiceland Kebabish in Whippendell Road was hit with a 1/5 rating, which signifies that 'major improvement' is needed.
