A popular bakery chain has confirmed where it is planning to open a new location later this year.
Hertfordshire-based brand Simmons told the Watford Observer that it was interested in opening a shop in Kings Langley, and was actively looking for premises in the area, last summer.
More than a year on, it has revealed that a suitable spot has been found at 11b Hempstead Road.

No opening date has been confirmed, but Simmons is apparently targeting “early December”.
The location is currently occupied by Langley Laundrette, which has been contacted for comment.
Founded just outside Hatfield, Simmons has 43 branches but limits itself to opening locations no more than 25 miles away so that it always delivers fresh products.
The company will join Watford-based bakery Wenzel’s, which launched a Kings Langley High Street store in August last year.
Further information, including an opening date, will be shared as the shop gets closer to opening.
