A play showcasing the final encounter between John Lennon and Paul McCartney is one of several shows coming to Watford Palace Theatre this month.
New offerings also available will be a childhood story ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ and the return of the interactive game show Wifi Wars.
Two Of Us
Promising a look into the final conversation between two former bandmates, Two of Us speculates what was said when John Lennon and Paul McCartney spoke for the final time. The show will run between Friday, September 13 and Saturday, September 31.
The Very Hungry Caterpillar
A critically acclaimed production featuring over 75 “loveable” puppets adapts four stories by author Eric Carle. ‘Brown, 10 Little Rubber Ducks’, ‘The Very Busy Spider’ and the star of the show, ‘The Hungry Caterpillar’.
The play will run for three shows from Friday, September 27, to Saturday, September 28.
Wifi Wars 3
The live comedy gameshow returns for its third edition on Sunday, September 29. Audience members can log in with their smartphone or tablet and compete in a range of games, puzzles and quizzes to win prizes.
Andalucia
Prepare for an “extra special” concert representing the music of eight different regions in the South of Spain. The award-winning Daniel Martinez Flamenco Company presents its long-awaited second production Andalucia, a stunning flamenco production accompanied by a chamber orchestra.
The “unique” blend of flamenco and classic music will be at the Palace Theatre for one night only on Wednesday, September 25.
