Stonegate is set to reopen another local pub as it shared an advert for a landlord to take it over.
The Oaks, most recently operated as The Oaks Turkish Kitchen, in Old Uxbridge Road, Rickmansworth, closed after it was served with a temporary closure notice for nuisance or disorder on June 18.
A month later, it was confirmed that the landlord had handed back the keys and Stonegate, which owns the boozer, would be taking over the licence.

The company has now shared a listing for the pub online as part of its efforts to get it back open.
It would take a £11,000 deposit and £44,000 in annual rent for someone with experience in the pub trade to come in.
The venue is described as “traditionally decorated” with a "welcoming atmosphere" and able to seat more than 70. It also has a patio garden area that can seat up to 24 people.
Stonegate particularly highlighted the food offering as a strength that should be focussed on.
Its regional manager for the area said: “Currently most of the customers are local residents, and since the pub benefits from an excellent location between Rickmansworth and Denham, there is potential to attract trade from further afield.
“The new operators should look to develop the food offering to match the traditional ale house offer.
“I am interested in speaking to experienced publicans who can enhance the current features of this wonderful site incorporating key seasonal and weekly events.”
Stonegate forecasts a £475,616 annual turnover, with £354,963 coming from drinks and £118,226 from food.
Enforcement action by Three Rivers District Council came just weeks after the pub reopened under new management on May 31.
The landlord contested the council’s application for a longer-term closure, but court files show their appeal was dismissed at St Albans Magistrates’ Court after they gave up the lease.
According to a council spokesperson, the closure order was the result of multiple police reports of anti-social behaviour, described as being “largely due to poor management”.
