Watford commuters are the target market for a new Starbucks location in the town.
Part of the former Chiquito’s unit at Woodside Leisure Park, off the A405 North Orbital Road, was brought back into use when the café opened on Wednesday last week (June 26).
James, the store manager, said the team are “looking forward to welcoming lots of new regular customers to the store”.

Plans for the café indicated that it was planning to attract commuters looking to grab their morning coffee at a convenient spot, without having to head into town, as well as Vue, Ninja Warrior, and Hollywood Bowl visitors and their families.
The larger part of the divided unit will be occupied by Nando’s, which is set to open a new location there later this year. Wagamama opened a restaurant a few doors down at the end of May.
A spokesperson for the leisure park said: “We are pleased to welcome the arrival of Starbucks UK here at Woodside Leisure Park.
"You can now grab your morning coffees, lunchtime treats and more here at the park.”
It is open from 8am to 6pm every day but Saturday, when it will be open 8am to 7pm.
