An “iconic” Radlett mansion worth £15million has featured on a new Netflix reality TV show exploring the UK luxury property market.
Halcyon Hall, in Newlands Avenue, went on the market in March last year boasting nine bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a 13-seat cinema, wine vault and gym.
The Elizabethan-style mansion has now been featured in Buying London, the British version of Netflix smash-hit Selling Sunset which follows the luxury real estate market in Los Angeles.
In the first episode, agents Lauren Christy and Rasa Bagdonaviciute from property firm DDRE Global clash after Lauren is given Halcyon Hall to sell, leading to a row over favouritism.

When the mansion was listed online last year, real estate agents Lumley Estates described it as “one of the most iconic properties in the area”.
Despite the Elizabethan style, the building was actually completed in 2006 and was recently refurbished.
The property stretches across four floors on the 1.2-acre plot with a variety of amenities including a two-level bedroom which was described as ideal for a live in housekeeper or staff quarters.
