A prominent unit formerly occupied by a café for commuters has gone on the market after the business closed.
Triple Two opened when its Station Approach building, by Carpenders Park Station, was first built in 2019.
With the space left vacant since the permanent closure, it is now available for a new business to move into.

The long-term lease is being marketed by commercial property specialists Brasier Freeth with a £2,083 per month rent, equating to £25,000 per year exclusive of business rates.
The fitted coffee shop spans 757-square-feet and is described as a “modern” retail unit in a “prominent standalone location”, according to the brochure.
It is available for a new business to move into right away and the listing highlights the possibility of adding an external eating area.
Developer Countryside and housing partner Home Group installed the building as part of a transformation of Station Approach in the first phase of the £172 million South Oxhey Central development.
