Ahead of opening day next week a chicken shop has applied for permission to offer food until midnight.
Wingers - The Chicken Wing Company is due to open at 96 The Parade, Watford, on Wednesday May 29.
The latest licensing application tracker for the Watford Borough Council area includes an initial application for the business to receive a new licence.

It would allow late night refreshment until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises from 12pm until 10.30pm each day. Alcohol would only be available to purchase with food.
Wingers will also offer takeaways from 9am to 11pm Monday to Sunday.
Anyone who wishes to comment on the application has until June 9.
The family-run chain was set up by Amran and Dylan Sunner and dad Bill and first launched in Lichfield in 2022. It serves fried chicken and wings, sides and milkshakes.
The town centre unit was formerly occupied by Take A Wok, which closed in early 2023.
