Free health walks are being organised throughout Hertfordshire until August.
The walks are led by qualified volunteer leaders who will cover local green areas and the beautiful countryside.
Walks range from 'Grade 1' which are 30-minute walks up to 'Grade 4' which are more challenging 90 minute walks.
On Mondays at 10.45am, a walk for 'Grade 1 - 2' participants commences from St Michael & All Angels Church, Cowley Hill, Borehamwood.
Another walk, the 'First Steps,' is fitting for pushchair and wheelchair users, and takes place at the same location at 11am.
In Bushey, 'First Steps' walks start every Tuesday at 10.30am from the King George Café situated at the King George Recreation Ground.
On Thursdays, a Grade 2-3 walk is organised from the same location at the same time.
Meanwhile, the Aldenham area hosts its communal walk on Fridays at 10.30am, kicking off from on the green on Church Lane.
There is no requirement to book in advance, interested participants can turn up 10 minutes before a walk or 15 minutes prior for newcomers.
Ranging from a manageable 20-30 minute 'First Steps' walks to 90-minute Grade 4 walks, there's a pace designed for everyone.
