The former Bosleys unit in Watford has gone on the market after Barrio closed there within nine months of opening.
When Barrio owner Nightcap closed the business down on The Parade in June last year, it said that the move was only “for the summer”.
It never reopened and was made available for lease yesterday.
A listing for the property, through estate agent AG&G, is inviting offers for a lease until September 2042 but does not give a set rent required.

A brochure describes the property as being within a “high footfall town centre location in the heart of the leisure circuit” and as a “sizeable” property “recently renovated to a high specification”.
It adds that it is licenced to sell alcohol until 1am, Thursday to Saturday.
When Barrio closed, a spokesperson said: “Watford Barrio is currently closed for the summer.
"In the past nine months we have gained a greater understanding of the vibe of the town and are now taking some time to evolve our offer to serve the needs of local customers.
“We look forward to updating everyone on what's next for the location."
Before becoming Barrio, the unit was occupied by Bosleys until it closed in February 2022.
