“We are aware of how important the park is to the people of Watford. We are so excited about providing delicious food alongside a strong inclusive community vibe.
“We are looking forward to meeting and welcoming you all to our café.”
Watford Borough Council says it chose EMA through a competitive tender process and highlighted its success managing cafés in other parks.
Mayor Peter Taylor officially cut the ribbon to open the café at 12pm.
He said: “It was great to help officially open the café and try out their delicious food and drinks.
“It was also great to hear how many of the products being used are sourced sustainably from local businesses.
“With their passion and creativity, I’m sure they'll make the café a fantastic place to eat.”
